1Week ago a new GMT+1 Server opened and me and my Guild switched from S36 to S51.
I was a VIP Player and also bought a friend VIP because of his birthday, for S36.
Now we switched to S51 and i wrote 1week ago the tickets for canceling my subscription. but i never got a email with the ticket number.
is there a way to see if the status got canceled?
Because i dont have the money to pay 3 VIP status for the next month ó.ò
if a gm is reading this, please help me q.q
Edit: it seems my email wasnt liked by the system i had to change my email that i can get send the activation code.
but under vip is only one character as vip. so i think they did it but i didnt get the info.
