Why are our attempts still at 0 and castle levy still 0 too the reset has begun

Why is it all our plunder attempts are at 0 til now...supposed to be it would be reset again...the dungeon reset has already egun a few minutes ago....is there a problem..kindly let us know....only the gift box options has been reset not the dungeon and daily quest has not yet been reset
