Cant morph to super angel

Im trying about 200 morph crystal and nothing happen,i have 9,8 stars in my morph what happen?are bugg?

Morphing is based on luck. The more lucky stars you get, the more of a chance you have at morphing your pet. It sometimes takes people 10-11 stars. So don't worry, you'll get it soon if you keep trying.
