how to re-activate VIP

hi i'm omans i wonder how to re-activate VIP because my first month already expired. please help.

i already send them ticket, on the very first day when my vip expires. they responce and they told me to wait within 24 hours then try to re-purchase again. but all of the sudden it always says this "Please view your VIP status by visiting your account order history located in the My R2 section."... which is i don't understand. now my vip points are getting started to get low. what should i do??? so where is they so called SUPPORT???
