I have filed numerous tickets regarding this the recent one being #258350.
My wedding protection ring is bugged and is not giving any buff.
If they cant fix it, all i ask is to be given a new Lv1 Ring.
Me n my spouse paid for the 1200 crystal wedding to get rings but my ring isnt working and is not being fix.. its a rip-off isnt it?
They keep closing my thread saying its solved but it isn't.
Mods please help me forward this issue to the GM's too cos I have been having this issue and filing tickets since last November and it is not solved.
