Is it possible to get a character lock password reset?

I just got hacked a few minutes before I posted this....

I got my password reset and I tried to login my character and I found out, whatever hacked my account put a character lock password on my character....

I sent a ticket to R2games and explained what happened on the ticket, this is my case #: 304544.

My question is, is it possible to unlock a character lock password?

Is it possible? Yes. If a request to remove a character lock is filed via ticket, the GMs will have you confirm a few things before proceeding to remove the lock. If the information provided does not match what we have in our system, the lock will not be removed.

How long does it normally take for the GMs to send this request for user info?

On a weekday, I would expect a response within 24 hours. The response time does occasionally vary depending on who is available, the nature of the ticket, and the overall workload the team has.
