I am stuck on character load screen

i was playing the game, and then everything started to not respond, i couldnt zone or nothing, it never DCed me. so i closed game, i restarted comp, i cleafed history and temp, and cookies.but my characters will not load, i have triedmany accounts, i dont know whats going on isn (S33) amnd (S12) down???

yea i tried necropolis server and it loaded for me, but im just stuck saying loading characters, ive tied changing DNS and eveything nothing is working
