thanks reverie.. but here's what happened today..
seems R2 sent me another marriage ring to let me get the Marriage Protection Buff icon.
I got a Lv5 ring already if i toss it the marriage buff icon will poof again and its already a waste redoing the upgrade on Marriage Protection ring again.
so ...is R2 saying i gotta just recash my way to up my protection (i have no intention to do bath daily for intimacy) or i have right to demand Red Roses for this error..
and besides i really need to toss 1 of the rings to save space (I barely have space in any inventory, vault or bag.. to spare for an error).. do i need to file another ticket for this?

any suggestion to help with my case would be great...

You will have to request that you be compensated with roses via ticket. Seeing as to how it was a game-related issue from the start, I don't see why not, but the GMs do have the final say.

here we go.. as R2 suggested, i tossed the old ring, since they sent me a new one. and the marriage buff poofs as what happened before. so i think i suppose to toss all rings and have to be sent new one along with Red Roses..

As previously stated, this is something you will need to discuss with the GM assigned to your case. Unless you require your ticket to be forwarded, the forum cannot further aid your cause.

Thanks for forwading the issue, Reverie. I'm just putting the required Screen shots for the GMs to see. Rather than using other hosted sites, im more comfortable in uploading stuffs for R2 in forums that way i don't worry much on certain securities and such.

Waiting for issue to be resolve today..

then hopefully fix issue on my husband as well..

Please forward my Ticket again..Ticket #306928. GM said Monday to resolve my issues, its Tuesday now..
