Were these the first transactions on your toon? If so, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. For future references, you might want to avoid so many micro recharges in such a short time span, at least until you've received crystals for your prior recharge.

If you have yet to receive your goods after the initial 24-hour wait period, you will need to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Provide your order numbers and the team will check on the status of your purchases. Please only proceed to do so after the first 24 hours as expired -- they usually sort themselves out on their own without the need of filing a ticket.
