How to cancel VIP

Okay so i recently (today) sold VIP to another player on my server. I already filed a tick. But i do not have the players email linked to the account...i was wondering if this would hold me back from stopping from getting charged when December 10th rolls around. If so thatd be really REALLY mest up beacause the player paid for 1 month...any responces will be apreciated

The VIP information will be under your email address, so file the ticket using your own information, and in the body of the ticket give the player's character name, server, and the email address you used for the VIP.
