high ms ping

hey guys, im wondering how much ping u guys have? my ping is always red ( 500-600 ms) its still playable but i wish to have a lower ms, maybe like 200+ will be fine. is there a way to improve my ms? thanks.

My own ping goes up dramatically at times from 50-5k 8k 2.5k spikes. There is a way to improve your ping by upgrading graphics cards/motheboard/DRAM'S. Most importantly what processor you use.
