Does the RAM MHz have any effect on cs? As for like how many cs windows you can open simultaneously or does higher MHz RAM for example help with the random crashes?

yep... to open more tabs u need higher RAM... i got 4gb DDR3 ram and i can open 7 simultaneously.IGN: Mellisa

So 16gb 1333MHz RAM shouldn't slow down the alting.
