No offense but tickets are laughable. I filed one, had ALREADY did everything they suggested but retried anyway and when I replied back telling them it didn't work......NOTHING. I did wind up with the achievement tho thanks to Brandon.

always check the status next to your ticket to see if its still "open" or "closed". if its still "open", you should get a reply when they can get one to you. if it says "closed" after checking back send another reply in it.
