Help my levels are gone

Yesterday I was in a guild with 387 contribution, level higher 20s and completed most of my task for the day had everything all set up today I login and im level 11 no guild nothing. Most of my items are gone also but I have maxxed out on gold.. what is going on? Famouzz is the character
