Lost caracter

Hi! After some time away i whanted to check up on my caracters.
But they where not there anymore.

And i was just wondering how long it takes to get them back?

An emergency rollback occurred during the time the character/guild loss had sprung up. If your toon(s) are still missing, you will need to file a ticket as soon as you can. You can do so here: http://support.r2games.com/. Character data is time sensitive, so hopefully it isn't too late for your bunch.

The thread was only applicable for players who reported their characters during that time. If you notice the GM's post date, you'll realize that thread is just about 2 months old now; it is no longer applicable for current reports.
