Unable to file a ticket

When filing a ticket, it asks for your username, which then produces the characters you have on a selected server in a dropdown menu. But right now the dropdown menu doesn't show you characters and just stays blank, making it impossible to file a ticket. Please fix this issue fast. Thank you.

Try a new alt on a server that didn't just merge . That's worked for other people.

When will this be fixed? Alt account doesn't work either. No characters show up in the drop down menu.

Someone from staff responded to a similar thread earlier today. Create an alt account to use for tickets until they are able to fix the issue with the ticket system.
