Server problem or my connection?

Why this happen so often? hardly connect and stuck in loading? i cant even move freely to another map cause i keep stuck in loading..
Yes can relog to solve that.. but most of the time relog not solving anything..
i fail my void cause stuck in lvl 11 n most of my dg.. relog means out.. now im afraid to do my corruption..
It starts happen since ystdy night.. is this r2 problems or my connection problem?

I was able to successfully login to S4 as well as freely move around without loading issues, on Chrome that is. DNS issues can be resolved by following the steps listed here: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

Here also also other usual resolves that may potentially correct your issue(s):
~ Clearing your browser history, cache, and temporary files
~ Refreshing your browser session
~ Using different browsers
~ Uninstalling/reinstalling your browser(s)

~ Using wired connection instead of wifi

Had this issue ALL DAY yesterday. Only website that gave me issues was cs. I could easily play any other R2 game, or any other games I play. Must be a problem with my ISP or computer.... yup yup yup....
