Here's another loading issue:

Occurs mainly before quiz and it sometimes takes over 10 minutes to get into game.

Being placed in the queue isn't a loading issue -- it's the result of a server's capacity being maxed out for the moment, presumably due to the bot problem.

OK, does connection scheduler issue sound better to you? In mass parallelized programs it's called starvation. Solution is easy, don't allow more than X connection from the same IP address in some fixed time interval, aka make it prioritized queue.
