Can't register for an account. Captcha Incorrect

Tried to make a new account by registering , but was unable to do so. Kept saying Captcha was incorrect but i triple checked it and my input was the same as
what was being shown.

Tried it on chrome, firefox and IE + cleared cookies and cache.

Anyone knows the solution for this? Thanks.

works fine 4me with ie
