then select whisper at the bottom of chat &my name again whenever need to reply to me, it'll provide a easier way to reply once its done for first time so can continue chatting

Now all char's have dissapeared

enter that into the ticket and you'll be able to select your character
enter your name and email then hit submit
after clicking submit ticket check the email address you put in for your ticket link to talk to someone. they might ask you to verify your email and name once inside ticket to prove it is you, its just a verification step.
then they should already have some knowledge about your account and can open it to look in further for any current issues with stuff

filed a ticket for you through my account if your still having troubles. should still try to file one so you can directly talk with a GM. but if you can't can possibly get them to reply here or to you in game or for me to let you know whats going on.
