Hi GM,

Can you please help me. I cant retrieve or log in my account after I went to the map Cragstone village after the new patch. The loading always stop at 50%. I tried to create another character from my other account but still, the same thing happens. It also stop at 50% loading. I know that the server is on line because I can still log in my other alts. Im from (S8) by the way. Thank you very much.
