Saving your Sound Settings

Is there any surefire way to have crystal saga save my sound preferences? On some of my alts, i log in and they are auto muted. But I cannot seem to find a sure way to duplicate this so I never have to mute the game. Why is there no logout button.

Suggestion: PLEASE Do not have the login screen set to 100% volume. Its bad, really, really bad. Why cant the login screen use our default sound settings? Or please create an options button for the login screen to setup global options for all characters. Or a checkbox to disable login screen music.

There is no way to mute the login music other than to be fast in clicking the little speaker icon in the bottom right corner.

I find when I reset the sound settings to 0% in the settings menu, it will save them for the next time I log in. I only had that happen with one alt though.
