    How come whenever I buy crystal it never gets on my account in a timely basis? The charge goes on my CC right away, I've attached a photograph of the moneybookers transaction.

    I filed a ticket right away because I always get problems with purchases. Can I please catch this sale? Or lengthen the sale windows if it's going to take so freakin long to process a transaction from a credit card
    that has already made numerous purchases for my account... am I the only person having this problem with r2? Why do I have to complain to actually get my purchases?

    It says failed but as you can see it did not fail because my card was successfully charged.
    Server newgrounds, IGN stealthc

    I just submitted a 2nd purchase of 1000 crystal. So may I have 2000 crystal before this sale runs out?

    Transactions are not always completed on both ends -- what may be completed by your payment option (credit card, PayPal, etc.) does not guarantee a successful purchase on our end. When such scenarios occur, your payment should eventually be refunded.

    If your ticket does not receive its initial response within 24 hours, you may post your ticket number here and it will be forwarded by myself or another available moderator.

      will I still be able to get the items I wanted to pay for?? The site says 2-3 hours, but if it's for a sale I should report it right away otherwise I lose it.

      also I never seem to get confirmation emails, and hence no ticket numbers

        That is something you will need to get settled via ticket.

        As for e-mails from us, you need to use an active e-mail that you have access to. Also doublecheck your junk/spam to see if it was misplaced there instead of your Inbox.

          yeah I've used two different active emails, checked spam folders. I get a payment receipt from moneybookers and paypal, never anything from r2. It would be nice if they did something about that newgrounds server because it's integration into the accounts here on r2 is bad, and it makes this whole process very difficult. A number of us are hoping for a server merge (been hoping for months).

            I wouldn't be too hopeful about a merge. The only time Newgrounds has a chance of merging into R2 is if the Newgrounds platform decides to drop CS. There's little we can do beyond that condition.

              11 hours left in the sale, am I going to get my crystal?? It's been over 24 hours since filing the ticket

              why the hell do I have to go through so much to get what I paid for!!!!

              got a csv file in a noreply@rixty.com or something like that. I dunno if you were supposed to send me that, I'm not looking in the attachment, csv is database dump, perhaps from excel or sql database in comma deliniated list format?

              Also, here's my latest CC statement, you don't have to delete it, it's a gift card and gives no real info I care about in the image, just what you need to confirm the transaction with the merchant provider.

                Your order number should've been included in the e-mailed receipt of your purchase.

                Any applicable screenshots need to be submitted into your ticket for further review, as this is not a matter that can be resolved on the forum.

                  I sent the receipt I got, I'll attach a screen shot then.

                  I went digging through the csv list, probably shouldn't have, but it does not seem to give out much info anyways, just how much people spent and with what merchant, with no revealing info. I can't figure out which transactions are mine as there would be two of them one done prior to my ticket and forum post, one done after, both at 9.99

                  none of the order numbers line up with the merchant order numbers so it is impossible to figure out, since the confirmation page always reloads (probably some sort of issue with moneybookers and rbc's processing script) and reports failure but charges my card anyways.

                  This makes me seriously think that my previous purchase of $4.99 a while ago through moneybookers did not go through hence why I got only one bonus pack for the two 4.99 purchases with my previous ticket in september, you can see them there in the CC statement image under transaction numbers:
                  74007485268041297618565 (skrill transactions are moneybookers), 74423425265537891446001 (paypal transaction, one I think went through and gave me the pack).

                  The two transactions on october 15th for 9.99 are still missing, I reloaded not too long ago to check, my 2000 crystal is still not there. Those transactions are:

                  74007485289042017087771,74007485289042016054715

                  Both were done through moneybookers, hence the charge reads skrill.



                  There's the emails I got, do you see an order confirmation number there?

                  Please contact the merchant, give them the numbers from my CC statement:

                  Confirm payment with them, and give me my crystal before the sale ends.

                    A representative will be looking into your case to see if they can figure out what happened to your purchase.

                    Unfortunately, the current team is unable to deliver your crystals due to limited access to the Newgrounds platform. Your case will be on standby till Monday when the pros are back on duty. In the meantime, please take screenshots of the items you wish to purchase from the sales interface to go along with your list.

                        UNACCEPTABLE.

                        I will get what I paid for and your staff will verify the payment with the merchant, it will not be refunded as that is a violation of your own terms of service, no refunds remember?

                        I don't give two hoots about your own internal systems, I've posted proof of payment, it can be verified, I will get what I paid for. God, what is your company's problem with accepting money? This is just BAD BUSINESS. Where the hell is the customer service and support?

                          finally got fed up. I hate using long distance on a cell phone to call skrill at 25 cents a minute.

                          They gave me these numbers and said that you can now verify the transaction using them:
                          transaction id
                          1590213131
                          1590162899

                          I also used paypal the last time and got headaches, this rep's (Fanie) suggestions do not fix my problem at all. It's infuriating how dismissive these people are when the only thing left to be fulfilled is their half of the transaction. My half was fulfilled, I paid them already.

                          They may check "the data" with their merchant provider and verify that the money is eventually going to make it into their pockets, and my position is firm, I paid for something, I shall receive fulfillment of the contract, and I will not be coaxed into clawing that contract back with my card service provider.

                          !

                          The resolution of this will decide if I ever spend another penny with r2 again, Ive just had it.

                            All day with nothing.

                            Very ******. If it's this big of a headache then I'm pretty sure my $5 skrill payment was not given to me either. Reopen the ticket because I am neither satisfied nor am I going to follow instructions to breach TOS.

                              Seeing that the GM could not locate any record of your transaction(s), there's nothing she could do even if she wanted to. As suggested, you will need to request a refund from your payment provider. It will not be a breach of R2's ToS as we are not issuing the refund -- your payment provider will be the one issuing the refund.
