Game Disconnection

why do you guys not fix the server. Instead of opening the server when its destroyed, how about you fix it first. This disconnection is making us players lose a lot in the game. Many players have been disconnected already while inside the dungeon. And many have also payed to enjoy this game. You're wasting our time and money. -.-

What disconnections are you referring to? As personally, I can and have occasionally left my toon(s) online all day and it will not disconnect once. Given that it's not a server-wide kick, which hasn't happened for some time depending on which server you're referring to.
