Liturgic elemental not working

Hi GM just want to report .. meteor from liturgic did not give damages to enemies .. just do a knocback ,, but the reduction working well .. I hope you fix it .. thnx

It does. It deals 1 damage. It lures the mobs around you and knocks them back.
Most of the time you don't want that tho, unless you are a ranger with low defense or you are ganked by melee classes in seng.
