Cannot connect to server

I thought that only S1-S3 will have a maintenance. Or is it for all servers? Because right now I cannot connect to the server. It keeps on saying "Login Failed: Failed to connect to server!". I'm from S58 and it says on the status of S58 that it is currently live. Please help.

hi guys this happens sometimes when they are preparing for a new patch u will just have to sit tight and w8 till maintenance ends.

Maintenance isn't today. Today is the 21st it's on the 22nd.
