Lost ticket or bugged!?!?

So i wrote almost 5 ticket to r2games regarding the S88 server issues. after i finish the ticket it say that it emailed it on the the email address that i have entered that i was to fallow the link but for some reason my email never gets anytype if mail from R2 support please help!?!

You should be receiving an e-mail from R2 once a team member has responded to your ticket. If they have yet to get to your ticket, no e-mail will be sent.
