How to find Lvl I Pet-Skillbooks?

I ask, cuz I only find Level II and Level III. There must be a way to learn new skills. Can you tell me more about it?

They are not available for purchase, level 1 skill are learned only

you can get the lvl1 books from the 30 guild contribution pck but i guess chances are pretty low as i haven't got any thing except maturity whips or pet 3x exp from that >.>
