please help me with my mobile payments

I wanted to buy VIP by using Mobile payments (LOAD) but it says ' sorry this method is unavailable or please try again later or select other method payment'

I've tried it for how many times but wont work , please help me

what other options ? so i cant buy vip via mobile payments ? only credit cards allow to buy vip not mobile payments ?

i really cant buy via mobile payments, can you help me ? or what other options to buy a VIP via mobile payments?
