    Multiple VIP charges

    Hi people/mods.

    I have been getting charged via paypal for three vip accounts for the last three months even though I believe I should be charged for just one. Well i'm only playing one....

    I have in the past set up vip accounts of other servers/wartunes as well as my normal CS server. I believed I cancelled these and going back to the servers i don't have vip status anymore.

    I know the standard answer is "file a ticket" but I cant figure out where the charges are coming from so cant provide information relating to them. All These charges have the same transaction id on my bank statements.

    My question is: How can I figure out what I'm actually being charged for so I can cancel these unnecessary charges?

    The VIP will renew everymonth automagically. It was well described on info you bought your VIP. (never read the manuals right?)

    Just cancel the vip and it will not charge your paypal account again.

        Log into each account you have with either game. Visit that link, then scroll down to where it says VIP State. Clicking on this will show you all the VIP characters you have under that account. You can click Cancel right on that page for every character you don't want VIP for.

        If you can't find all the accounts you have VIP for, then you should file a ticket so they can help you find which characters you have VIP on.

          make a ticket and give them the payment emial and account email account name and charater name ask them to cancle all and buy just one. make seprate tickets to cancle seprate VIP. hope this works for u.

            Thank you very much. Never really used R2 menu system but is so easy.... feel kind of stupid now. Maybe they could advertise this when filing tickets about vip.

            Turns out I have been paying for a vip I haven't even been on the server for nearly a year.... was my mistake, never asked for it to be canceled zzz.

              hhhmmmmmmmm.

              Now I take issue with this.

              I deleted the account in question many months ago (8-9 months ago). I have been charged VIP for an account that doesnt even exist.

              Think now is the time to file a ticket.....

                Due to the way the VIP system is, if VIP isn't cancelled, it will still continue to run on characters that have been deleted. Good luck with your ticket, though.

                    even if u delete the account u will still be charged for VIP even if u are not using it. its a way R2 scam hundreds of $$ each month from players who dont know this such as urself. u need to cancel ur VIP not just delete the account easiest way to cancel ur VIP is look at the VIP State then send a ticket with character name and the email address to that character and ask them to canel the VIP

                      yep! Probably was naive to believe that you wouldn't get charged if there was no possible way to use service you had payed for.
                      Another case of "only on the internet".

                        I purchased VIP for my friend..so this means I'll be charge monthly lol

                          For gifted VIP, simply file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com and include the email address linked to the VIP, the character and server VIP was purchased for and request a cancel.
