I have just notice that the hollween costumes have lost the stats that the new thanks giving costumes have

The halloween ones never had the extra stuff.

they did because they was event costumes and not the ones like the tux thats always there#

also the thanks giving ones are the same price in crystals as the devil costume so by right if they didnt put the stats on they should have

Not all costumes have the extra green stats. The majority of costumes that have come out since they made costumes permanent have not had the extra green stats.
