    Payment issues (again!!)

    For some reason, r2 games will not accept an order on my credit card for the player I have in Psychodelica. It did accept the two orders today for my other characters on other servers. I cancelled and re-entered everything twice. Any suggestions? This also happened at hallowe'en...Thanks in advance.

    ...maybe are we allowed only two players? I will try again tomorrow and hope the sale will still be on...

        Ty for the reply....trying that but even an alternative card by another family member was refused..... Seems odd for a game trying to make money.... maybe I screwed up some earlier time?....

          It's not card related, it's character related. There's a number of reasons for a payment to decline for a character, however, you'll need to file a ticket for help with that.

            Well, I filed a ticket and got a reply but I guess the sale is now over so....another missed opportunity even if the problem has been corrected.... Rats! Will there be another discounted day at Christmas? I can skip this character until then.

                Well, this is weird but thought I would update anyone following this saga. Seems my card (Cdn visa or perhaps it is paypal as the 'payment platform') does not allow more than 3 transactions in a 24 hour period! So, for anyone else trying to get into a sale for several characters, make sure you do your debits according to order of priority. Now I shall retire Alika until Christmas when, presumably, I can get a bargain again... I make it a personal practice to buy only things that are on sale.
