my problem is very simple.... how to remove set character password coz its a lame

Actually type your old char lock and leave both other two fields empty(New char lock-confirm char lock) That's if you didn't forget your char lock!

You will need to file a ticket requesting that the GMs remove your character lock. They will have you confirm a few things to prove ownership before they proceed to do so.
