I was wondering what the R2 client was before i install it can anybody tell me

The R2Client is just a one-stop place to access all the games right from the desktop icon, without having to open a browser.
Some people like it, some don't. The window has two different non-adjustable sizes at the moment- a little box, and full screen. It also only lets you have one account open at one time through the client, so if you use multiple toons, you're still going to need to use your browser.
The R2Client is still in Beta, so changes may come as they go through the feedback. If you are wanting to see what it's about, and see if it's compatible with your needs, you aren't under obligation to continue using it if you don't like it.
