why i can't enter ingame again? i always got stuck any help please...

Once you have deleted your browser's cookies and history correctly, you shouldn't have any issues logging in-game.

i don't know why this happen to me sometimes.. but i already try my best to recover it but still i can't enter. already did incognito window, already update my flash player.. but still nothing always stuck!! zzzzzz

Delete your browser's cookies, cache, etc and restart your browser!

also, i already used many browsers now.. why this happen? not all the times but its annoying!!
