Just bought a toon from a friend. Toon Now banned to login

I have had no problems before buying toons, but now the toon i purchased is banned to login until the 29th, i wish to know why.

so you are basically telling us, that once we quit and stop cashing for all of you. thats it. There are players everyday that break the ToS for everything but yet you wanna go after the cashers? is R2 that stupid?
