theft of crystals and v.i.p. status

My avitar's name is sigi and my e-mail address is [removed for privacy purposes]. I am very upset that the over 5000 crystals that i have earned over the months have been reduced to only 134. my v.i.p. status itself had been taken away from
me for a period of nearly a month even though i have been paying the fee each and every month since i joined, without interruption. about a week ago my v.i.p. returned just as mysteriously as it disappeared. i don't know why any of
this is happening, but i want my crystals back and i want them now.
