To get to Blackrock Gorge- Go to Starglade. Walk through the portal on the far left side to Windshear Peaks. Then open your map and click the link for Blackrock Gorge.
Then laugh that you forgot that you spent a bit of time in the beginning of the game questing on this map before you could ever enter Starglade
