Hackers by the use of whisper

I know this is kinda impossible but it happened to me earlier ....
the guy was telling a free gold and crystal i know its just a joke then i some kinda bite for it then i realize that
he was about to use our whisper chat as a password for my account ... then i tried logging in my account cause i logged it out cause i was using my alt then my password suddenly changed .... i cant rechange it because im not using a registered email or something .............................................................................


GMs please, if theres a way i can get back my char please.. My char's name is GodRochiie
please find a way to get it back thats only my charr i can play with ......

ahmm and BTW MemoryLane can you teach me how will that ticket work i already created one then what will i do ?

You should have received an email to the address you put into the email field on the ticket. The email will give you a ticket number. When a member of staff replies to your ticket, you will get an email stating the reply, and you can go into your ticket to respond to that. You use your email address and the ticket number to access your ticket.
