Account banned

Hello I am using one of my older accounts currently to try to figure out why the forum wasn't logging into the account that I play on right now. I found out that it was banned and I have no reason why I just filed a ticket right now but it wasnt even loading my character name so I dont know if it went fully through. Reverie or one of the other moderaters can you please tell me the reason why my account was banned

this is the only information I have about it, if you need my character name and server I can give it to you
