Character S94 Gone?

Hello forum!!

So i logged in today at S94 to find my charcter been deleted or something?
Put alot of Time and afford into this and now its all gone...
Please help....

My Character ''Soul'' was on my 2nd account HonorOfLive2 at the server S94,
And it is really gone, also my mage ''Hollow'' on my account HonorOfLive is gone...
made a new character and checked and seems like also my lvl2 Guild ''UnitedHeroes'' aint their annymore..

You will need to file a ticket requesting a toon restoration. Briefly explain the situation and include your character's IGN as well as the server. Once you have done so, do PM me also with the character IGN and server so I can have your ticket tended to sooner than later.

Unfortunately, certain items are not guaranteed in the restoration process. The main concern is the toon itself; anything beyond that is a stretch.
