When is the next discount for shop items in the market? I'm in need of pack expanders bad and other items and I wanna cash big time.

is the black friday discount always fall on a holiday or is that a question that can not be answered?

"Black Friday" in itself is not a holiday; by definition, it is the sale day after Thanksgiving. This year, it is on Friday, November 25th, so if there is a special 'Black Friday' discount, it will fall on that day.
