About Font Size InGame

One thing i don't like from CS is the font size and font colour, especially the purple private chat colour. May be because i wear eyeglasses, but i hardly can see the text. Its frustrating.

My question: Is there way to enlarge the font text? Or change the text colour? just for easier reading..

No other way than just to zoom the browser

There is no way to change the font color either. Each color font is default to the game itself.
