There are no chat violations depicted in the screenshot provided, therefore no actions against the accused parties can be taken based on this example alone. If you have other screenshots that contain obscene language, harassment, or real-life threats, you may report them via ticket here: http://www.r2games.com/support/
You can also utilize the ignore feature should you find their chatting bothersome.

Checking IPs of the toons participating in an event isn't necessary as having multiple toons is permitted. We cannot condemn players for playing the game nor can we protect you from being killed. Everyone gets killed at one point or another; it's the way the game works. If being continually killed is getting under your skin, this game may not be for you.

I'm sorry you feel that way. From what you've provided us in this thread, it sounds like you disagree with how this game works, and with R2's policy of having multiple characters. I do very much apologize, but there's nothing we, as forum moderators, can do with this situation as it is described on the forum. We do forward urgent and immediate cases posted to the forum of things like someone pretending to be R2 to attempt to gain access to accounts, and bots who speak in chat. Both of these are pretty straight forward and only require a screenshot. Your issue seems to be much more involved than just the screenshot you've provided here.
You are encouraged to contact support and provide them with the evidence supporting your claims of wrongdoing. I wish you the best with whichever route you decide to go.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

I'll link, quote, and highlight the specifics for you.

4. Account
. . .
When creating an account, you must choose a username. This username cannot infringe on the rights of any third party, impersonate or imply another persona, be illegal, offensive, racist, obscene, unlawful, or be deemed in any way inappropriate. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to review your username and its appropriateness. Multiple accounts are acceptable, however this should not be used to abuse, exploit, or take advantage of any in-game event, bug, or game interaction. We have sole discretion with respect to identifying any username or account abuse.
Multiple accounts
Can I have more than 1 account?
We generally encourage use of multiple characters as long as these alternate accounts are limited to legitimate gameplay. This means limiting the "alts" to a number that a player can play and enjoy without being classified as abuse.
How many alternate accounts can I have?
We do not impose a limit, although we generally consider under 5 accounts acceptable. The purpose of this is that a character/account should be used for legitimate gameplay. Having more than 5 accounts is widely considered to take more time and effort than someone has in a single day, and therefore most likely will be classified as "alt. abuse".
What if someone has too many accounts?
If a player is clearly abusing many accounts for the purpose of boosting their main, our response would be to ask the player to choose their main + 1 account to keep, and we will remove the rest. Players who do not grossly abuse alts will generally be left alone, but if a player is found to be severely violating these guidelines they will be restricted to a pair of accounts.
I would also like to mention that at no time is PVP against the rules. If you are in a PVP enabled area, you should be prepared to be engaged in a fight. Perhaps this article also pertains to your issue.

What is harassment?
There are many different types of harassment, including:
-Verbal Abuse
-Spamming
-Creating multiple accounts or changing names to mock or insult another player
What is not harassment?
Types of behaviours that could seem to be harassment, but not serious enough for R2Games to take action may include:
-In-game attacks
-Being "rude"
-Private messages without violating our Terms of Service
-Following another player in game
The best way to deal with a player who is "playing by the rules", but is still unsettling, would be to put them on block/ignore and cease responding to any of their communications. We cannot ban someone for being unlikable, so we suggest alternate methods to avoid this kind of harassment.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

And, http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=issue&id=68 (this is also the page you want to be on when reporting instances you feel are against the spirit of legitimately played alternate accounts)
Do note that in both references, there are limits to what is considered acceptable. You will need some sort of evidence to support your claim, whether that be a screenshot, times and dates and specific information about why you are reporting the players, or a video. The reason you need to including something to back up your claim is because people report others constantly, for everything, regardless of if a rule is being broken, in the hopes that the other person will be banned, and investigating every single claim with no supporting evidence would mean that no other tickets ever get addressed as the team would be doing nothing but running names and looking at logs to try to figure out what exactly is being reported.

so your saying gamers can be rude to other gamers and not get banned for it? well if that's the case then what is the use of having ToS bcuz
in my book being rude is the same as being abused on here. so if i was to be rude to another in fand and not let them get the iron disk is that ok in your ToS book also?

If you have continuous problems with players killing you somewhere, you can either A.) get stronger or B.) not partipate. Your case will not lead to your desired outcomes unless you have proof of actual ToS violations.Last edited by Reverie; 05-28-2016, 12:59 PM.

It's an event and anyone and everyone is welcome to participate in any way they desire within the goal of the event.
