lvl 100 quest line

When I hit 100 as scion, I received the start of the new quest line for 100-120. I wanted to rb as soon as possible, so I abandoned it. Now that i'm back to 100 as eido, I didn't receive it. Is this something filing a ticket can get restored?

Quests differ per plane, so a quest that became available as a scion may not be available as an eidolon.

Don't see why the necropolis quests wouldn't be available to an eidolon, since necro was opened after eidolon came out.

I am pretty sure you have to look for the NPC that provided the quest in the first place. I am not sure where, but it is most likely in the starting map when you enter the necropolis
