tickets not working (only until tickets are properly fixed)

hi the tickets arent working so i cant state any problems am i the only one?
what parts are you's having problems with?
mine is i cant type my character name or even find my character.
post your problems with the ticket's here and also the problems you want to mention in said ticket's.





(incase anyone wants to know the problem is a person spawning monsters in starglade in s96 L1 and its killing everyone, they did it in spite there name is Z and they caused alot of people to lose duribility and there buffs and i even lost my zodiac exp buffs (2x) and my 3x exp token))

Did you black out the account name in the upper left corner by the R2 logo (above where it says Lvl. 61) or is that always blank for you?

Edit: Please try logging out, then log back in, and see if that pulls your account name into the Account field on the ticket form. If that doesn't work, I am told that the cache can affect the form, so please clear your browser cache and then try again.

Crying wolf is not against our ToS, so no consequences will follow. If the players accused have done nothing wrong, then they have nothing to worry about. The best course of action you and your fellow players can take is to ignore him.

If he does, however, start implying that he's connected to R2 (impersonation of personnel), do take a screenshot and that will be dealt with accordingly.

i only said about laws said people are breaking, even the tos they are breaking, i also said they can get banned but i never once said i will force them to get banned or say i am part of r2, just informing the people that they are breaking a law, which last i checked is nothing bad.....for instance takeing the mick out of a disabled person is agenst the law....also if my memory is right since this is a world wide game laws of said area of play are in effect, and you need to take other country's laws into account when doing such....for instance slander is agenst the law in the uk, but i wont do anything as i am not petty

The only "laws" enforced here are our Terms of Use, which can be viewed through our support page here: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=lists&type=5. R2 is not a police force, so they are only responsible for their platform rules and not the laws of an entire country.

just a heads up but as its a game that involves real life people all laws in the country said person that is playing they have to abide by, like for instance i am in the uk so i cant break the laws in the uk over this game as the laws in my area are still in effect to me. but i never said that r2 will enforce laws of the area as yes you's aren't the police, i only told the person about the laws of the us that i knew they broke just to remind them not to break them....but this was days ago and my memory isnt that good so i cant remember. i am not asking for anything or saying yous or anyone is to do anything, (is actually trying to be a good person and make sure the game is played with fun and happyness)
