Transfer account

I have 2 toons but in different server i use same email for both of them, but the server merged know i can only login 1 at a time, possible to request transfer the 1 account to another email address?
So i can login them both, im not cashing my 2nd toon if not possible to play them both, because the 1st toon has already been boosted.

It is not possible to separate toons from an account, so you will need to resort to using only one of the two toons at any given time.
