  • Ticket

    Where can i check the status of a ticket? Sent a couple of tickets and no reply yet since yesterday morning... is there anyway that a Moderator can ask a GM to check it as soon as possible? Thanks

    When your ticket has been responded to, you will receive an e-mail containing their response; it does tend to get sent to the Junk/Spam folder.

    If you could provide your ticket number, I can forward it for you. If you do not have a ticket number and are awaiting an initial response, you can PM me the e-mail used to submit your ticket and they will be able to pull it up that way.
