Offer on login but doesn't show on purchase

I keep getting a popup on login saying if you recharge you will get several items, but when I go to recharge my account it doesn't
list those items...one was 2x pack expander, graphon, 2x vault expander and a couple other things. Please explain to me if this is going to be given to me if I recharge? Thank you!

I got the items when I recharged, came as a separate bonus pack in my inventory.

There will be no tomorrow should we fail to use the lessons of the past to survive today.
