I have bought 1 month vip and it expire on 11/09/16 and I got no 800 crystals. I already sent a ticket and no reply yet.

Generally, the crystals are sent upon or shortly after subscribing to VIP, so you should have received one set of crystals back in October. Otherwise, you can provide your ticket number or PM me the e-mail used to submit your case, and it will be forwarded to check if your crystals were ever delivered.
